Belén joined Globalvia in November 2011 as Deputy CFO.

Belén has long track record in working at a senior level. Her experience in the infrastructure sector began at Cintra, in 1998 after two years in Ferrovial. In Cintra she took up different roles at the financial department, taking an active part during Cintra´s IPO in 2004. During 2006, she was involved in the purchase of British Aviation Authority (BAA), at that time, the largest airports operator in the world with more than 130 million pax. In 2007, she joined Ferrovial Aeropuertos as CFO.

In June 2014, Belén’s professional carreer has change its course, moving from her financial responsabilities to Head of Human Resources & Communications department. Nowadays her main areas of focus include people strategy, talent management, reward and employer brand as well as maintaining and enhancing Globalvia’s reputation and taking responsibility for all of the Group’s internal communications.
