Data protection policy

This Data Protection Policy applies to the GLOBALVIA website which can be accessed at www.globalvia.es, www.globalvia.net and globalviapre.comunicacionyreputacion.com, (hereinafter referred to jointly as the “Website”).
Personal data processing.
1. Data Controller.
The party responsible for processing the personal data provided by users on the Website is GLOBALVIA Inversiones, S.A.U. (“GLOBALVIA“), with Tax ID number A-86056736, registered in the Madrid Commercial Registry in volume 145, folio 28001, page M-504636, with registered offices at Paseo de la Castellana 259C, 22, 28046, Madrid.

2. Purpose and Legitimacy to Process Data.
Using the different forms available on the website, GLOBALVIA collects and processes personal data for the purposes indicated below:
- To manage the CVs received via the Website in which case consent is given when the CV is submitted.
- To manage requests for information or complaints in which consent is given when the request or complaint is sent.
Users may revoke their consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the revocation.
3. Disclosure of Data.
The personal data processed by GLOBALVIA for the purposes described above may be disclosed to other Group companies.
Data Retention Period.
Personal data will be stored for as long as necessary to respond to queries, complaints and information requests, and for as long as the data subject does not withdraw his/her consent or object to a specific processing operation. CVs will be kept for one year, after which, if the user wishes to continue participating in the selection processes he/she must resubmit his/her data to GLOBALVIA.
Subsequently, the data will only be retained to the extent necessary to fulfil the responsibilities arising from the processing and only for the legally-mandated amount of time or, where applicable, the time required for GLOBALVIA to fulfil its legal obligations.
4. User’s Rights.
Users may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, portability and restriction on the processing of their personal data by writing to GLOBALVIA at Paseo de la Castellana 259C, 22, 28046, Madrid, or by sending an e-mail to [email protected] in both cases indicating “Data Protection Policy” and attaching a copy of user’s identification document.
You are also informed that you have the right to seek the protection of the Spanish Data Protection Agency through its website at www.agpd.es.
Policy update.
This Data Protection Policy may be modified by GLOBALVIA, in which case it will be communicated to users via the website or by other means so that users may be informed and continue to use our services.
