Today, Wednesday March 4, 2020, Globalvia has successfully completed the divestment operation of its 80% participation in Túnel d’Envalira.

The company has closed the sale of its total participation together with BBVA and ANDBANK, who held the remaining 20% (10% each), to the Valencian asset management company Net de Gerrers, S.L.

The purchaser, supported and financed by the Andorran bank Crédit Andorrá, has acquired 100% of the assets.

Globalvia manages now 25 assets in its portfolio, 18 are highways and 7 are railways.
