The Nuevo-Necaxa Tihuatlán highway, spanning 84.7 km. crosses Puebla and Veracruz states. It is part of the main Mexico-Tuxpan highway and is divided into 2 sections: TC1 Necaxa- Ávila Camocho, covering 36.6 km with 4 lanes, and TC2 Ávila Camocho-Tihuatlán, of 48.1 km with 2 lanes. Globalvia is in charge of construction and operation.
