Mr. Kolenc holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Eng.) from the University of Western Ontario.

He began his career as Process Engineer, switching to M&A after one year. He has worked at Macquarie (Toronto, London and Madrid) and in 2006 joined OPTrust (Toronto, London and Sydney).
