Globalvia opens today, October 4, ÁGORA, a new space to share knowledge, discuss new trends, innovation and future.

This new space has been presented to the employees of the Headquarters of Globalvia by Antonio Fontanini, Chief Exponential Officer of Opinno, who has headed up the first session of Ágora.

Antoni focused his presentation on the leader in the face of innovation, where he has presented the competencies and aptitudes of a good leader in the face of innovation, and proper team management when facing a challenge, change or innovation that needs to be assimilated and headed up.

Thanks to his intervention, we have been able to have a broad vision of the behaviour of a leader before the emergent of innovation in companies and how to manage it with the rest of the team.

After the success of this inaugural session of Ágora, we are already thinking about the next guest who will share with all the colleagues of the Headquarters of Globalvia its experience and knowledge in its specific field of work.
